Lugs are the end part of the watch that holds the straps. To measure them, you can read this article and take a look at the “First Method” labeled as “C,” which is your lugs’ size.
The buckle is simply the metal part of the strap that holds the strap together. We have plenty of choices for you to choose, and you can simply view it here.
Paypal Method
When you choose Paypal as your payment option, you will be directed to the PayPal page to log in to your account before clicking “Pay Now”. Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to gunnystrapsofficial.com. Please make sure your address in PayPal is up to date.
Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. Once you click “Place Order” button you will be redirected to Xendit page for a secure payment.
There is nothing to worry as this is only done for our side’s legal purpose only, and won’t change the price that has been shown before the currency changed.

For a more custom and personalized process, you can simply Email or WhatsApp us, or you can look through our product and order directly from there. If the customization process is too overwhelming, don’t hesitate to contact us!

Custom straps by other strap makers usually take up to 6-8 weeks to be completed, but in Gunny Strap we only need 2-3 weeks to accomplish your strap. By that, you will only need to wait for around 2-3 weeks regardless if you only order 1 strap or 10 straps.

Shipping & Taxes
There are 2 options for shipping: Post-mail and FedEx. We will cover the post-mail shipping cost for you without a minimum order, or if you want to use FedEx as your shipping option, we will give you free FedEx shipping for every orders above $250. But if you still want to use FedEx as your shipping option while your total purchase is less than $250, we will charge you an additional $40 for the shipping fee.

Returns & Guarantee
We guarantee that our product is as you ordered. If there are defects from our side upon received, we will replace your strap with a brand new one for free.
If upon opening the package you find that there are defects in your straps, immediately take a photo and send us the picture through WhatsApp or Email, simply by clicking on the highlighted text. After we confirm if it is a flaw from our side, we will create a new one for you for free!
