How To Order Strap

Ordering a true handmade strap is a personal process, different from buying one off the shelf. You want to ensure it’s perfect, and as the craftsmen behind the work, we want that too.

We don’t want a confusing menu to stand in the way of you getting a strap that’s perfectly tailored to your wrist and your watch. A proper fit is the most important part of a handmade strap, and this guide is designed to give you full confidence in every choice you make.

This guide will walk you through every single step, from finding your strap to filling out the customization menu, making the entire process simple and clear.

You can find and order your strap on our website in a few different ways:

    • Shop by Categories: Here, we organize our straps based on their style — like Vintage, Sporty, Canvas, and more. It’s a simple way to browse depending on the vibe you’re going for.
    • Straps Catalogue: If you have a specific watch brand like Rolex, Omega, Panerai, or others, this menu helps you explore straps grouped by watch brand. It’s a great way to see which straps match your model best.
    • Ready Made Straps: All our straps are handmade and made to order, so the production time usually takes around two weeks. But if you don’t want to wait, check out our Ready Made Straps — they’re available right away.

Once you find the strap you like, fill out the required details, then click Add to Cart. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out via email or WhatsApp — we’re happy to help.

How to Fill Out the Customization Menu

On each product page, you’ll find two customization options: Simple Customization and Standard Customization.

These help us make sure your strap fits your watch perfectly — and feels just right on your wrist.

Simple Customization

You’ll need to fill out a few key details here:

  1. Watch Model:
Enter your watch’s name, series, or reference number.
  2. Your Wrist Size:
Choose from three sizes — S (145–165 mm), M (165–185 mm), or L (185–205 mm). You can read our article about how to measure your wrist size here.
  3. Lug Selection:
    • No Idea: Choose this if you’re not sure. We’ll contact you after payment to confirm the details.
    • Lug by Millimeter: Select your lug width based on the available options. (You can check our guide on how to measure it.)
    • Special Shaped Lug: For watches with unique lug shapes like AP, Patek Philippe Nautilus, Vacheron Constantin, Richard Mille, etc.
  4. Add Curved End:
Choose this if your watch supports a curved end strap.
  5. Add Buckle:
    • Want to use my own buckle: Perfect if you already have one.
    • Standard Tang Buckle: We offer many options here. Not sure which fits best? Choose “Please recommend me.”
    • Deployant Clasp: A selection of deployant-style clasps.
    • Special Buckle: Includes AP-style, Bronzo, and other unique buckles.
    • Hook & Loop: Go for this if you prefer a velcro-style strap.
  6. Buckle Width:
Pick the width you want. If you’re unsure, select “No Idea” and we’ll guide you.
  7. Additional Notes:
You can leave special requests here — for example, “Please make the leather a bit darker with black stitching.”

Standard Customization

This option is similar to Simple Customization, but more detailed. It’s ideal for watch enthusiasts who already know their strap preferences.

Here are the additional fields you’ll find:

  1. Wrist Size:
Instead of size categories, you’ll enter your exact wrist measurement in millimeters.
  2. 6 o’clock Side Length:
The lower side length of your strap (the side at the 6 o’clock position).
  3. 12 o’clock Side Length:
The upper side length of your strap (the side at the 12 o’clock position).
  4. Strap Thickness:
If you want a specific thickness, select Custom Strap Thickness and input the exact measurement in millimeters.

If you’re still unsure or find the process a bit confusing, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Just reach out to us anytime via contact us page, and we’ll gladly guide you through every step.
