We guarantee that the strap you receive matches your order. If there are defects from our side upon receiving the strap, we will replace your strap with a brand new one for free.

How to Claim a Replacement

If upon opening the package you find defects in your strap, please take clear photos and send them to us via WhatsApp or Email.

Once we confirm that the issue is caused during production, we will create a new strap for you at no additional cost.

Gunny Straps specializes in handcrafted straps, including custom straps made according to each customer’s request. Because every strap is individually crafted, slight variations in leather texture or color are natural characteristics of genuine leather.
